• All selling/trade/consignments are by appointments
• All appointments made by phone or in person
• Items limited to two (2!) paper sacks on appointment
• Highest quality and condition- no stains, tears, debris, odors, etc
• Vintage + handmade welcome

When to Sell

• Buying based on season, floor space, current stock, demand
  
• Larger items must be verified ahead of appointment to ensure space/need via email
• Items are processed during the hour-long appointment
• Unselected items are picked up same day and cannot be held past day of appointment

What We Buy

• All clothing must be freshly laundered and in excellent condition

How You Get Paid:  Sell + Trade + Consign

• SELL for Venmo/check: 25% of item’s resale value via Venmo or check, no cash
• TRADE for in-store credit: 40% of item’s resale value for in store credit to use within 1 year
• CONSIGN for credit, venmo or gift card: 50% of item’s resale value once they have sold
• Fun fact: convert store credit to a gift certificate!
  

• Piccolina will have your items on the sales floor for 3 months
• Any of your items have not sold, we will hold for you for up to 2 weeks, then allocated to local donation programs
• Funds not claimed after one year will be offered in the form of store credit
